What’s covered?

• The main pump unit for up to 3 years from the date of shipment.

• The pump parts for up to 90 days from the date of shipment.

• Manufacturing defects, such as motor issues, weak suction, and other problems that affect pump performance.

To file a claim, you’ll need:

• Proof of purchase 

  • To download your proof of purchase, please follow these steps:

1. Select “Sign-In” on the top right of the website

2. Login with your phone number or email and password

3. Select “View Orders & Receipts" on the left side of your dashboard

4. Locate the order you need for your invoice

5. Select “ORDER DETAILS”

6. Select “PROOF OF PURCHASE”

A new tab will open and you will be able to download or print your proof of purchase.
