You will be able to check the status of your orders through your My Account dashboard. 

Some orders may require a prescription, confirmation of birth, or prior authorization before shipping. You will find the status of your order there, along with the earliest ship date of the product, determined by your specific insurance plan. If you have questions beyond what is listed on your dashboard, please contact our Customer Care team.
