If you have received communication to complete a Coordination of Benefits (COB), this means that the insurance you provided to us believes you MAY have another insurance OR needs your verbal statement that you don’t.

To continue the eligibility process, you will need to call the Member Services phone number on the back of your insurance card and let them know that you have been alerted to a coordination of benefits issue, and you need it updated. They will be able to guide you from there.

After you have completed this process, please respond to the email you received or contact our Customer Care team so we can proceed with the eligibility process.
