I ordered items through my insurance and out of pocket. I am only seeing a tracker for my insurance items. Where can I see the status of my out of pocket order?Updated 10 months ago
If you have placed an order for both items through insurance and items out of pocket, you may notice that only the items ordered through your insurance have a tracker on your account dashboard. This is because certain insurances require specific documentation or shipment dates for your items. The online tracker is updated consistently and is the best way to check the status of your items ordered through insurance! Items ordered out of pocket will begin processing for shipment at our warehouse once ordered. Therefore, we do not provide a tracker visible for these items.
Currently, there is no way to check the status of items ordered out of pocket through your account dashboard. However, you will receive an email with tracking information once these items ship! To view your orders placed out of pocket, simply sign in to your account dashboard and locate "Past Orders". This section will display all orders, whether placed through insurance or out of pocket.
