I received an email stating that prior authorization was denied. What happens next?Updated a year ago

If you have received an email stating that authorization is denied, please reach out to us. Reasons for denial include, but are not limited to: having already received the maximum allowed amount of a covered item; duplicate authorization requests; insufficient documentation; or the determination that the requested item is not needed. We will review the denial and determine if we can resubmit the claim.
