I was notified to complete a "coordination of benefits". What do I need to do?Updated 10 months ago

To complete a coordination of benefits or "COB", you will need to contact your currently active insurance and inform them that you do not have any other insurance coverage. They will update your records to show that your current plan is primary and the only insurance you have.  

Please remember to get a reference number when speaking with your member services representative, as we will require this for our records. You can email us at [email protected], chat us, or give us a call at 844-867-9890, so we can add the reference number to your account. Once this is complete, we will be able to proceed with the process of servicing you with motherhood items through insurance.
