I received a statement from my insurance about products I ordered from Aeroflow. What do I do?Updated a year ago

What you received from your insurance company is not a bill; it's an explanation of benefits (EOB). Your insurance should issue an EOB each time they process a claim for you so you can review how your claim was processed.


If your insurance was active and primary when we placed your order, and you have not ordered more than one breast pump per pregnancy on the same insurance plan, you can disregard the EOB. If further action is required, we will contact you!
