Your benefits may change when you switch insurance plans. We work with most major insurance plans and can check your eligibility with your new insurance.

To update your insurance, please follow these steps:

1. Select “Sign-In” on the top right of the website

2. Login with your phone number or email and password

3. Select “Insurance/Doctor Info” on the left side of your dashboard

4. Select “EDIT” under “Primary Insurance”

5. Update your insurance information

6. Click “SAVE”
