We are only able to send one kit of parts per month per insurance guidelines. If your insurance says they will cover replacement parts more often, call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask to complete a three-way call

Because our kits are pre-packaged, we cannot mix-and-match flange sizes in one kit. However, you can alternate flange sizes each month if you’d like to have both!
